Lorson's Books is jointly owned by James and Joan Lorson. They have operated an open book shop in downtown Fullerton since April 1977. Joan manages the New Children's Book section which offers an extensive selection of books, from early age to young adult reader. James manages the Antiquarian Department dealing in fine collectible books, prints, maps, and autographs. A long-time member of the ABAA, he retains association as an emeritus member of the national and international organizations. He is a member of the Zamorano Club and the Book Collectors Club of Los Angeles and is a reader at the Huntington Library. While we do not sell on eBay, ABE or any other internet site, we have determined that a presence on the web is now a necessary adjunct in today's business climate. Our site, still in its infancy, will be expanding weekly to cover our extensive inventory. Enquiries as to items not currently listed will be responded to promptly. Orders may be paid for by check, Visa, or Mastercard. We recommend ordering by fax if sending credit card information; please include an email or phone number for confirmation. California sales tax is applicable to all in-state orders. Dealers may request special terms.
